School Development

Each year we seek to make improvements to enhance the learning and wellbeing of our pupils. In 2023/24 we are:

  • embedding our new school vision, values, mission statement and motto
  • creating a House System in school where pupils can earn points for their house
  • strengthening the pupil voice through School Council, Eco Council and School Houses
  • integrating a new handwriting scheme into Literacy teaching
  • focussing on Shape and Problem Solving in Numeracy
  • creating film in ICT
  • enhancing links with the PTA and the community
